Introduction

Welcome to our sensory classes! These terms and conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of both the business and participants in our sessions. By registering for and attending our classes, you agree to abide by these terms.

Participation Guidelines

Eligibility

• Classes are designed for children aged 4 months to 10 years accompanied by their parent(s) or guardian(s).
• Parents or guardians are required to participate actively and supervise their child during the class.
• Each child must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Health and Safety

• Parents or guardians must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensory sensitivities of their child at the time of booking.
• Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and play.
• The business reserves the right to refuse participation if any individual shows signs of illness that could pose a risk to others.
• All activities are designed to be safe and age-appropriate. However, parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s safety during the class.

Booking and Payment

Registration

• All classes must be booked in advance through our designated booking platform.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place in the class.
• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class start time.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency or illness, which may be considered at our discretion.
• If the business cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

Liability

• While every effort is made to ensure that activities are safe and enjoyable, the business is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the class.
• Parents or guardians accept full responsibility for supervising their child and ensuring their safety and well-being.
• The business shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the class.

Conduct and Behaviour

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, other attendees, and the venue staff.
• The business reserves the right to ask individuals to leave the class if their behaviour disrupts the experience for others.

Privacy

• Personal information provided during booking (e.g., name, contact details) will be used solely for the purposes of managing class registrations and communication.
• We will not share personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Photography and Media

• Photography may be used during classes for promotional purposes. Consent will be sought during registration.
• Parents or guardians who do not wish for their child to appear in promotional materials must notify the business in advance.
